Happy Period


Every girl and woman goes under a situation every month. It is her period. It is a natural process and can't be worst-ever. Sometimes, it can be painful but it is not totally rough. Here are some tips that help you to feel better at the time of your period:

Reduce Spasm: 
Before or after starting your period, if you feel spasm inside your abdomen, you are not alone. Most of the girls face it and also feel backaches. Because, at the time of period, Uterine cells will be started put off. And, you may think, during this period, you should not go out, don't play outside with your friends. But it is not ok. Physical exercise may help you to be active your muscles and reduce your pain. You have to remember that it is important to use clean clothes or sanitary napkin. Dirty clothes can occur infection and you may attack by harmful bacteria. Also, to reduce pain, you can take a bath with warm water or use a little warmer clothes' scald. And the good news that this kind of pain may exist only two or three days. 

Changing Browbeat:
You may act high temper to your parents or your best friend at the time of period for the cause of their simple speech. It may heart you and it may break your feeling. Something, you may think that they may be misbehaved with you or they won't understand you. And you don't know why it will happen? But it is not the fact. When hormone goes outflow, there are some chemical change will start inside your body that influences how you act.

Rushes on Face:
You may notice that rushes are found on your face after somedays of your period. It is happened by a hormone. At that time, you need to drink a lot of pure water every day. And you also need to eat vegetables that will clear your blood and decrease rushes. You have to stay far from eating oily foods, sweets and soft drinks cause it is a source of growing rushes.

How you understand some uncommon happened:
Spasm, mental changes, and rushes are the common syndromes of your period time and it is a part of your period. But, if the following uncommon things will happen with you, you may need to go to doctors or local health care centers.
  • Untimely period or stop being the period 
  • Duration of your period more than 7 days
  • A lot of bleeding 
  • If you feel a lot of pain and backaches that you can't walk
