Long ago, there was a story of The Six Blind Man and An Elephant. It was a moral story from the Indian subcontinent. In this story, the group of blind men predicted the life of the local people by their little knowledge, but they all thought that they were individually talented than others.
One day, they heard that a new animal (an Elephant) came to the city and people went to visit there to see. As they didn’t have previous knowledge about the Elephant, they called a meeting and decided to visit.
During the fixed date, they reached the place, tried to observe the Elephant, placed their valuable comments. The first man who touched the leg said, Elephant is looked like a pillar. The second man inspected the tail of the elephant and said, it’s looked like rope. The third blind man grasped the body and said the elephant would look like a wall. One by one, they all looked over the different parts of the elephant and expressed their valuable experience.
After then, they all argued with each other and committed to providing their own thought, but they all were wrong in the first instance.
Now if we ask about what is Content Marketing, then it sounds buzz. And, you will find a lot of definitions like the blind men' dictum, but I would like to ignore all the hard sounds and will say a simple form.
Content Marketable is the strategic creation of text, image, audio, video, that delivers a relevant and interesting message to a customer. At the same time, it also influenced him to make a proper action according to the message. That's a bit boring and wordy. So, I don't go further into the painful definitions.
Today, I want to unpack a little, a little bit about some of the elements of content marketing that really works fine. Let's have a look.
1. Move the audience
To move your audiences to the right direction is the top challenge of a content marketer. You must have the power to motivate customers by your content so that they will eagerly show interest in products and call the proper action.
Now in the 21st century, there are too many companies with products and spending a hard time. They all are going to engage the customers by providing better services. So, who will come fast and able to impress them fast, they will get more profit.
Tips: do something for your audience. Try to grab their attention.
2. Can be interesting
You know some topics are indeed hard to explain in words. When repellent words come into sight to the audience, they consider the topic boring and try to skip. But as a content marketer, you have to do work here. You give them impressive flavor by using your charisma.
You show them if it is possible to mix the right ingredients into the right ratio, everything can be entertaining. So, mix up your writing skills and techniques, use humor, stories, graphs to make the topic more interesting.
Tips: Don't act as a Robot, be a human being, and provide emotions to writings. Feel them you aren't a devil, you are a pen friend of them. Create stories and try to make them happy.
3. Have a spark
If your content is full of cookies and numbers, the content doesn’t work. This type of content is not capable of capturing the reader's attention. So, you would rather use structure or formula than using many numbers in your content.
Now, you may think, using structure and formula are great, but it not much to spark your writing. It's the spark that has had inside the writer’s heart.
Tips: Try to find that spark and light your community.
4. Be a part of everything
As a writer, you have to learn everything from Physics, Mathematics, Computer Programming, and Rocket Science to Arts, history, etc. It is said that a writer spends one-third of his life to read other writings. So, the more a writer reads, the more his writing will improve.
Another way of becoming a part of everything is to involve in social activities. Here you can find stories to furnish your content and will get lots of elements to build strong concrete. Play sports, hunt fish, attend a party and do whatever you can.
Tips: Don’t lead a life like a straw, explore yourself. By involving various activities, you will make yourself a solid and pure human full of spark.
